It is notified that the Chief Executive Officer of the City of Busselton has made appealable decisions regarding the application for approval of a sporting, cultural or entertainment venue, namely the ‘Application for Approval of Entertainment Venue at 3 Oceans Winery, Metricup’. The decisions include approval of the venue, imposition of conditions, and specification until 30 June 2030. Copies are available from the City of Busselton Administration Office or website. Appeals must be lodged within 21 days of publication.
