Nathan Harrison, Executive Director Fisheries and Aquaculture of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, in accordance with clause 12 of the Abrolhos Islands and Mid West Trawl Managed Fishery Management Plan 1993, cancels Notice No. 1 of 2023, dated 20 February 2023, and permits/prohibits fishing for scallops and prawns in specified areas and times as detailed in the notice.
