A voluntary fisheries adjustment scheme is established for the South Coast Purse Seine Managed Fishery, allowing authorised persons to surrender authorisations or entitlements to facilitate leaving the Fishery. Offers to surrender authorisations for Zone 3 or Zone 4 must be submitted to the committee. The scheme commences on the date of publication and ceases on 18 December 2026.
