Amends the Regional Development Commissions Regulations 1994 regarding regulation 2 and inserts regulation 13.

These regulations amend the Regional Development Commissions Regulations 1994. Regulation 2 is amended, deleting '9' and inserting '6', and deleting '3' and inserting '2'. Regulation 13 is inserted regarding savings provision for appointed members.
