These regulations amend the regional development commissions regulations 1994. In regulation 11(1)(b) delete โ42 daysโ and insert: 28 days

Amends the Regional Development Commissions Regulations 1994 regarding regulation 2 and inserts regulation 13.
Designates The Honourable Matthew Swinbourn MLC as the Minister for the purposes of the Supreme Court Act 1935 section 154(3) and (4) from September 24, 2026, to September 27, 2026.
Approves the temporary appointment of Hon S. N. Dawson MLC as Minister for Police, Emergency Services, and Great Southern from September 24 to September 28, 2026.
Approves the temporary appointment of Hon M. D. Swinbourn MLC to act as Attorney General and Minister for Corrective Services, Commerce, Tertiary and International Education from September 24 to 27, 2026.
