Shire of Kulin Local Planning Scheme No. 2, a district zoning scheme, is published. It revokes the Shire of Kulin Planning Scheme No.1 (Kulin Townsite) gazetted on 1 November 1968. The scheme sets out the local government’s planning aims and intentions for the Scheme area, zones land, and controls land use and development.

Declares land in Roe Location as not rateable under the Local Government Act 1995.
Amends the Shire of Kulin Animals, Environment and Nuisance Local Law 2016 regarding definitions, vegetation management, refrigerator disposal, and prescribed offences.
Appoints authorised persons and registration officers for the Shire of Kulin.
