Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 december 2020, are required by the executors to send particulars of their claims to formbys, the solicitors for the executors, at po box 369, south perth, wa 6951 by thursday, 30 september 2021, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets of the estate of the late colin frederick luelf, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
