In the estate of marian hannaby, late of [contact details redacted] east, maylands 6051, western australia, deceased. creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above named deceased, who died on 15th june 2024, are required by the executor, mr leonard hannaby, of 6/31-[contact details redacted], to send particulars of their claims to him by the 29th day of august 2025, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
