It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Kalamunda Local Planning Scheme amendment on 24 February 2020 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning and recoding a northern portion of Lot 50 Lawnbrook Road West, Walliston from „Residential Bushland‟ with an R2.5 density code to „Residential‟ with an R5 density code. 2. Reclassify a central portion of Lot 50 Lawnbrook Road West, Walliston from „Local Open Space‟ local reserve to „Residential‟ zone with an R5 density code. 3. Reclassify a portion of Lot 50 Lawnbrook Road West, Walliston from „Special Rural‟ zone to „Local Open Space‟ local reserve. 4. Amend the Scheme Map accordingly.
