Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Edward Enrui Hwang, late of Unit 3, 174 Coode Street, Como, WA, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 02/08/2023 at Unit 3, 174 Coode Street, Como, aforesaid are required by Lily Marjorie Feltham, the Executrix, c/- Durey Legal of 30 Anthony Street, South Perth, to send particulars of their claims to the Executrix by 28 December 2023 after which date the Executrix may convey or distribute assets having regard only to the claims of which the Executrix then has notice. After such time the Executrix shall not, as respects the property so administered or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the Executrix has not had notice at the time of the administration or distribution.
