I, Chris Wride, Acting Inspector, being the delegated officer of the Minister for Transport under Section 139 of the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008, pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 139 of that Act, and the consent of the Local Authorities having been obtained and nominated for the purposes of Masters Cycling Road Races by members/entrants of the West Coast Masters Cycling Council on 8 March 2026 between the hours of 06:30 Hrs and 12:00 Hrs, 3 May 2026 between the hours of 06:30 Hrs and 12:00 Hrs, 5 July 2026 between the hours of 06:30 Hrs and 12:00 Hrs, 23 August 2026 between the hours of 06:30 Hrs and 12:00 Hrs, 25 October 2026 between the hours of 06:30 Hrs and 12:00 Hrs do hereby approve the temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations made under such act on the carriageway(s) mentioned hereunder.
