These regulations are the fines, penalties and infringement notices enforcement amendment regulations (no. 2) 2019. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the fines, penalties and infringement notices enforcement regulations 1994.
