Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and all other powers enabling it, the council of the City of Kalamunda resolved on 25 June 2019 to make the following local law. This local law is cited as the City of Kalamunda Repeal Local Law 2019. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The Municipality of the Shire of Kalamunda Adoption of Draft Model By law (Old Refrigerators and Cabinets) No. 8, published in the Government Gazette on 29 August 1963 is repealed.
