I, Fiona Jane Knobel, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extend the exemption originally declared on 27 November 2019 and published in the Government Gazette dated 6 December 2019 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 26 November 2023.
