Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 and amendments thereto relate) in respect of the estates of the undermentioned deceased persons are required by the personal representatives care of messrs jackson mcdonald, level 17, [contact details redacted] 6000 (gpo box m971 perth western australia 6843) to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of publication of this notice at the expiration of which time the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they have then had notice— luke anthony banham deceased late of [contact details redacted] 3 february 2025; and merylyn lucas deceased late of bethanie como, [contact details redacted] 18 august 2025.
