Pursuant to section 15u of the prisons act 1981, i hereby revoke the following permits— surname other name(s) permit no. cameron warren derek pa 0200 carbines evan george pa 0900 ejaz mudassar pa 0581 gaby steven james pa 0888 jones hayley frances pa 0430 regan jennifer lee pa 0925 rickards steven andrew pa 0322 sreedharan ambi shanker pa 0705 whitcombe lisa jane pa 0332.
