Notice of amendment to the instrument of delegation to committees of certain functions of the Western Australian Planning Commission, as gazetted on 24 april 2009, and as amended. On 31 may 2018 pursuant to section 16 of the act, the wapc resolved to amend the instrument of delegation 2009/02 powers of officers (department of finance), as gazetted on 24 april 2009 (and as amended), as set out in schedule 1.
