Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26th october 2022 are required by the trustee sean lowrey, [contact details redacted] their claims to him within 1 month of the date of the publication hereof, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
