Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 june 2022, are required by the personal representative phillip george ennor and maureen ann ennor of c/- perth legal collective pty ltd of [contact details redacted] 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by 13 june 2023, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they have then been given notice.
