In the matter of the estate of John Elvin Gregson, late of 61 Francis Street, Leicester LE2 2BE, United Kingdom, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 16th day of February 2017, are required by the executors, Craig Lancelot Mitchell and Nigel Shaw Dearman, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of 1 Regal Place, East Perth in the State of Western Australia, by the 10th day of September 2018, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
