In the matter of the estate of Roy Baker, late of Regis Cypress Gardens, [contact details redacted] (formerly of [contact details redacted]), deceased (“deceased”). Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 1st day of December 2017, are required by the executor, Valerie Jones, to send the particulars of their claim to Havilah Legal of Level 2, [contact details redacted] 10th day of September 2018, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
