Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land within the City of Perth. Pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are given notice to remove inflammable matter from the land owned or occupied by you, in accordance with the requirements outlined. This includes clearing firebreaks and removing inflammable matter from land.

Requires landowners/occupiers to remove inflammable matter from their land by October 31, 2020, and maintain it until April 30, 2021.
Appoints Konrad Seidl as Chief Bush Fire Control Officer and Vivian Browne as Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer for the City of Perth, along with other Bush Fire Control Officers.
Approves City of Perth local planning scheme amendment related to plot ratio and land use in Claisebrook Inlet and East Perth.
Exempts City of Perth from insuring under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981, except for industrial diseases under section 151(a)(iii).
