It is hereby notified for public information that brooke mills has been appointed as an authorised officer in accordance with the following and is effective immediately— building act 2011, section 96(3) bush fires act 1954, section 59(3) caravan parks and camping grounds act 1995, sections 17(1), 23(2) and 23(11) cat act 2011, section 48(1) control of vehicles (off-road areas) act 1978 and regulations dog act 1976 and regulations local government act 1995, sections 3.39, 9.10, 9.11, 9.13, 9.16, 9.24(1) and 9.24(2) local government (miscellaneous provisions) act 1960, section 449 shire of chittering town planning scheme no. 6 updated: 13 february 2017.
