It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Cunderdin Local Planning Scheme No. 4 on 29 July 2024 for the purpose of applying Additional Use classification ‘A1’ to Lot 14 (No.35) and Lot 15 (No.31) Bedford Street, Cunderdin, and modifying the Scheme map accordingly.
