The Minister for Planning has approved, as modified, the abovementioned amendment to the mrs. The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (wapc) Plan Number 3.2813/1 and is effective on and from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette. The purpose of the amendment is to rezone approximately 56.37 hectares in Forrestdale from the Rural zone to the Urban zone and Parks and Recreation and Primary Regional Roads reservations in the mrs. By virtue of section 126(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the City of Armadale Local Planning Scheme No. 4 is amended to give effect to the reservation(s) included in Metropolitan Region Scheme Amendment 1408/57.
