Authorises a person holding a valid driver’s licence to use a pilot vehicle for moving an Oversize Agricultural Vehicle, subject to conditions. Revokes the 2017 authorisation. Applies to those not licensed as Heavy Vehicle Pilots, driving a pilot vehicle for an Oversize Agricultural Vehicle. Specifies conditions for travel on Local Government roads outside the Perth Metropolitan Region, and State Roads under certain conditions.
