This proclamation is the Road Traffic Amendment (Impaired Driving and Penalties) Act 2020 Commencement Proclamation 2021. The following provisions of the Road Traffic Amendment (Impaired Driving and Penalties) Act 2020 come into operation on 1 July 2021 — (a) sections 4 to 23, 25, 27 and 28; (b) section 29(1) to (9) and (11); (c) sections 30 to 32, 34 to 38, 40 and 41; (d) Part 3.
