This proclamation is the Marketing of Potatoes Amendment and Repeal Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2021. The Marketing of Potatoes Amendment and Repeal Act 2016, other than Part 1 and sections 3 to 12, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
