This order amends the prohibition on fishing (Bernier Island) order 2018. It inserts a definition for 'troll line' and provides an exception to the prohibition for persons fishing for mackerel under the authority of an authorisation granted with respect to the mackerel managed fishery management plan 2010, fishing by means of troll line, and in possession of pink snapper taken outside the waters of Bernier Island.

Prohibits fishing in sanctuary zones and restricts fishing in other zones within the Montebello Islands and Barrow Island Marine Park.
Prohibits certain fishing activities within the Rowley Shoals Marine Park and Clerke Lagoon Recreation Area.
Prohibits fishing for blue swimmer crabs in specified Western Australian waters between September 1 and November 30.
