Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of Cockburn resolved on 12 May 2026 to make the following local law. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. It applies throughout the district and amends the City of Cockburn Health Local Laws 2000 and the City of Cockburn (Local Government Act) Local Laws 2000.
