Pursuant to regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby cancel notice tr401 (3) published in the government gazette on 27 january 1995 and close the following area of water to swimming. Location: all the water contained within the fremantle fishing boat harbour and the challenger harbour including the entrance channels thereof but excluding— (i) any aquatic events approved under regulation 51c of the navigable waters regulations 1958. (ii) any diving and swimming operations approved by the department of transport within the above marina. This notice is valid from the date of publication.
