Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup makes the following local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law provides rules and guidelines which apply to the conduct of meetings of the Council and its committees and to meetings of electors. All meetings are to be conducted in accordance with the Act, the Regulations and this local law.
