The Minister for Mines and Petroleum and the Minister for Industrial Relations declare that the provisions of the Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994 and its regulations apply to workplaces within Lot 92 Gull Road, Stake Hill, Western Australia, as shown on the schedule map, from the date of publication until cancellation.
