Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of the above deceased, who died on 22 august 2019, are required by the deceased’s personal representative to send particulars of their claim to the solicitor of the executor, nerys a. lloyd, george lawyers, [contact details redacted] 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
