The Acusensus Heads-Up JR—DD1 apparatus is approved for the purpose set out in section 117(2)(d) of the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008. The approval is limited to the act prescribed in 31AA(2)(a)(i) of the Road Traffic (Administration) Regulations 2014 and the omission prescribed in regulation 31AA(2)(b) of the Road Traffic (Administration) Regulations 2014.
