CE401 CEMETERIES ACT 1986 Shire of Denmark FEES AND CHARGES In pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by section 53 of the Cemeteries Act 1986, the Shire of Denmark hereby records having resolved on the 18th day of July 2017 to set the following fees and charges effective 14 days after this notice. The fees and charges shall be payable upon application for services detailed hereunder. All fees and charges are inclusive of 10% GST (except where shown exempt).
