Made by the acting minister under section 36f(2) of the act. This notice is the fes (emergency services levy) (declarations) amendment notice (no. 2) 2017. This notice comes into operation immediately after the fire brigades (northampton fire district) notice 2017 comes into operation. The amendments in this notice are to the fire and emergency services authority (emergency services levy) (declarations) notice 2003.
