The Environmental Protection Authority has resolved to delegate all its powers and duties conferred or imposed by specified sections of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. This delegation applies to the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Environmental Protection Authority. Specified previous delegations are revoked.
