Approves the temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations for the Tarmac West 2025 car rally on various carriageways in Kalamunda, Whiteman Park, City of Swan, Shire of Mundaring, Shire of Toodyay and Shire of Chittering. Racing is confined to specified carriageways in accordance with Australian Auto Sport Alliance National Guidelines.
