Order by the Minister for Health to transfer assets, rights and liabilities of the State, acquired or incurred on or before the Transfer Date, specified in Table B are transferred to the East Metropolitan Health Service. A reference to the State in respect of items transferred by this Transfer Order has effect, on and after the Transfer Date, as if the reference were to EMHS.
