This order amends the Mental Health (Authorisation of Public Hospitals) Order 2022 by inserting Mount Lawley Hospital into Schedule 1, authorising specific areas bordered red on plan "ED-26-69232" for mental health services. Clauses 1 and 2 commence on publication, with the rest of the order commencing when the East Metropolitan Health Service begins providing mental health services at Mount Lawley Hospital.
