In the matter of the estate of Barbara Pestinger, late of Villa Pelletier Hostel, 48 Ruislip Street, West Leederville in the State of Western Australia, previously of 45 Sylvia Street, Nollamara in the State of Western Australia, book-keeper, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 23 August 2019, are required by the executor of care of Fort Knox Legal, PO Box 390, West Perth WA 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to Fort Knox Legal by one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
