Made under the sentencing legislation amendment act 2016 section 2(c) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the sentencing legislation amendment act 2016 commencement proclamation 2017. The sentencing legislation amendment act 2016 part 3 comes into operation on 1 july 2017.
