In the matter of the estate of shirley mary barter, late of midland nursing home, 44 john street, midland in western australia, retired manageress, formerly of 35 ellenbrook drive, the vines in western australia, retired hospitality manager, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 february 2017, are required by the executor of care of fort knox legal, po box 390, west perth, wa 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to fort knox legal by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
