Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, Gordon James Kitchener, who died on 21 January 2024, are required by the executor, George Allan Kitchener, to send particulars of their claims to him care of ew gray lawyer, post office box 317, esperance wa 6450 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
