Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 2 August 2024, are required by the applicant for grant of representation, Helen Tracey Mathew of [contact details redacted] Macclesfield South Australia, to send the particulars of their claims to [contact details redacted] 28 days from the publication of this notice after which date the applicant for grant of representation may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
