Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 2 August 2024, are required by the applicant for grant of representation, Helen Tracey Mathew of 3 Wirrinilla Drive Macclesfield South Australia, to send the particulars of their claims to po box 432 Macclesfield sa 5153 by 28 days from the publication of this notice after which date the applicant for grant of representation may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
