I, Richard John Rogerson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety under delegation from the Minister for Mines and Petroleum, pursuant to Section 112 of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967, do hereby advise that— (i) As of 5 May 2018, it is my intention to make available all interpreted data submitted prior to 31 December 2012 in accordance with the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967; (ii) Therefore, invite interested persons to advise of any objection to this release of information within 45 days of publication of this notice.
