Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 07/02/2022 are required by the administrators raymond john harding of 8a hall street, kihikihi, waikato, and peter john harding of 42 azure way, coomera, queensland to email particulars of their claims to peter harding at [email protected] by the 3rd day of november after which date the administrators have notice or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the administrators then have notice.
