A voluntary fisheries adjustment scheme is established for the Kimberley Prawn Managed Fishery, allowing authorisation holders to surrender authorisations to reduce fishing effort. Offers to surrender must be made by 29 May 2026. The scheme commences on the date of gazettal and ceases on 18 December 2026.
