Reece Whitby MLA, Minister for Energy, amends the Electricity Industry (Metering) Code 2012. The amendments, cited as the Electricity Industry (Metering) Amendment Code 2024, come into operation on the day of gazettal. Clause 7.6 is amended regarding disclosure of confidential information to AEMO.
